The past two plus years have been a societal roller coaster of challenge and change, blowing up old assumptions about the workplace, business practices, and testing how corporations respond to crises. The COVID-19 pandemic, work from home movement, supply chain disruptions, political polarization, and pressure on corporations to engage in social issues have each provided an unexpected real-life test of existing crisis plans. In this session, we’ll look at how effectively the crisis management process met those tests. What worked? What didn’t? What have we learned? What are the implications for the future of crisis communications?
